JLJ7 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1Introduction

Welcome to jlj7. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and jlj7 ("jlj7", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlj7.best. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any product or service provided by jlj7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2Eligibility

To register and use jlj7, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one jlj7 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your jlj7 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

Account Security

Your jlj7 account login credentials are your responsibility. You must keep your password confidential and not share access with any other person. jlj7 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Verification (KYC)

jlj7 is required to conduct identity verification in line with applicable know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable period may result in account closure and return of unplayed deposited funds, subject to applicable legal obligations.

4Deposits

Accepted Payment Methods

jlj7 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱).

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your jlj7 balance almost immediately following successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider.

Player Funds

Funds you deposit are held in your jlj7 account for your use on the platform. jlj7 holds player funds separately from operational accounts in line with applicable requirements. Deposits must only come from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Failed Deposits

If a deposit is initiated but does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. jlj7 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, but we will assist in tracing and resolving any confirmed failed transactions.

5Withdrawals

Eligibility to Withdraw

To submit a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC completed), your account must be in good standing, and your balance must meet the minimum withdrawal amount. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.

Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times at jlj7 are as follows:

• Standard members: within 24 hours of submission
• Gold VIP members: same-day processing
• Platinum and Diamond VIP members: near-instant processing

These timelines begin once your withdrawal request has passed internal compliance review. Large withdrawals or those triggering enhanced due diligence checks may take longer and will be communicated to you directly.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds credited as bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific requirements applicable to each bonus are set out in that bonus's individual terms, which are available at the time of opt-in. jlj7 will not process a withdrawal of bonus-sourced funds until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on jlj7 are subject to acceptance. jlj7 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including where a bet may be based on privileged information, where market integrity is a concern, or where a player has been identified as placing bets in a manner inconsistent with recreational gambling.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake for any sports bet on jlj7 is ₱100. Maximum stake limits vary by competition, market type, and VIP tier. Your current applicable limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a bet.

Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition or event as confirmed by the governing body. jlj7 will use all reasonable efforts to settle bets promptly following the official result. In the event of a dispute about a result, jlj7's decision following consultation of official sources is final.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement (where rescheduled outside the same day), obvious pricing errors, incomplete events where no result can be determined, or where jlj7 determines a bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

Live / In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available on selected events. Due to the nature of live betting, there may be a delay between an on-field event and odds updating on the platform. Bets accepted before a delay-affecting event are valid unless the bet clearly could not have been offered with knowledge of the event. jlj7 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event that materially affects the outcome where a system or feed delay is identified.

7Casino Games

All casino games available on jlj7 — including slots, jackpot slots, and any other casino products — use certified random number generators (RNG) provided by the respective game studios. RNG certification ensures that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by jlj7 or the player.

In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a casino game session, jlj7's system records are used to determine the game state at the time of the interruption. Where the game outcome cannot be determined, the bet amount will be returned to your balance. jlj7 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by your device, internet connection, or power supply.

Progressive jackpot prizes displayed on jlj7 reflect live pool values at the time of display. The jackpot amount at the moment of a winning trigger constitutes the prize payable. Jackpot prizes for verified winners are processed through the standard payout review procedure and credited to the winner's jlj7 balance.

8Bonuses and Promotions

jlj7 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms and wagering requirements, which are communicated at the point of each promotion's launch.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to their stated wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• jlj7 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it determines that the player has attempted to abuse the promotion, including through multi-accounting, collusion, or any other form of manipulation.

9VIP Club

The jlj7 VIP Club operates across six tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite — with tier progression based on accumulated wagering activity over a rolling period. VIP tier benefits include weekly cashback on net losses, enhanced withdrawal processing speeds, higher maximum stake limits, and personal account management at the top tiers.

VIP tier status and associated benefits are subject to maintaining minimum activity thresholds. jlj7 reserves the right to adjust, modify, or discontinue any VIP benefit with reasonable advance notice. Tier demotion may occur if minimum activity requirements are not met within the specified rolling period, as communicated in the VIP program documentation.

VIP cashback is calculated based on net sports and casino losses within the qualifying period and credited to your balance every Monday for the prior week. Cashback amounts credited as bonus funds are subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal unless otherwise specified for a given tier.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlj7 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name
• Placing bets using insider information, privileged knowledge, or in coordination with other players to exploit betting markets
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in jlj7's platform
• Using automated software, bots, or AI tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or otherwise use the platform in a non-human manner
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlj7 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions submitted in bad faith
• Providing false or forged documentation during KYC verification

jlj7 uses fraud detection systems and monitors account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, jlj7 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to pursue all available legal remedies.

11Account Suspension and Closure

jlj7 may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by you under the Responsible Gaming tools
• Regulatory direction or court order
• Extended inactivity (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months)

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play may be forfeited. Deposited real-money funds will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable legal review.

12Privacy and Data

jlj7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering with jlj7, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account and jlj7's products. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 13Responsible Gaming

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlj7's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your jlj7 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

jlj7 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the jlj7 platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if jlj7 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

jlj7 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. jlj7 will use reasonable efforts to communicate scheduled downtime in advance and to restore service promptly following any interruption.

15Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and the regulatory requirements applicable to jlj7's operations. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of jlj7 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

16Amendments to These Terms

jlj7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to bet settlement rules, payment terms, or account restrictions — jlj7 will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address and/or through a prominent notification on the jlj7 platform before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of jlj7 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
